In detail

MX-Age in detail

MX-Age is the regeneration cocktail of the FORMA MX range. Its declared composition is built around Crocus sativus callus extracellular vesicles, hydrolyzed collagen, glutathione, niacinamide, acetyl hexapeptide-8, sodium hyaluronate and panthenol, with alanine, histidine and succinic acid. FORMA MX is supplied as a Professional Multi-vial Treatment: three 10 ml sterile vials in a drawer-style box, for superficial mesotherapy performed by qualified medical practitioners. Made in Italy by Forma S.R.L.S. under ISO 13485 and ISO 22716.

It contains hydrolyzed DNA and hydrolyzed RNA — not PDRN. This distinction is worth stating plainly, because the two are often conflated in the market. The INCI list for MX-Age declares hydrolyzed DNA and hydrolyzed RNA. It does not declare polydeoxyribonucleotide. Within the FORMA range, sodium DNA appears in MX-Eye, not in MX-Age. The declared composition printed on the box is the authoritative source, and it is published in full on this page.

What the formulation is organised around. Callus extracellular vesicles are plant-derived carriers obtained from cultured plant callus tissue; in the FORMA MX range they appear as Crocus sativus (saffron) or Olea europaea (olive) callus extracellular vesicles. Alongside them MX-Age carries hydrolyzed collagen as a source of collagen-derived peptides, glutathione and niacinamide, and acetyl hexapeptide-8, a signal peptide. Sodium hyaluronate and panthenol provide the hydrating base common to the range.

How it is used. MX-Age is intended for superficial mesotherapy, administered by a qualified practitioner who determines technique, depth, session count and interval for the individual patient. FORMA does not publish a fixed protocol for MX-Age; clinical documentation is available to verified partners on request.
