In detail

MX-Glow in detail

MX-Glow is the biorevitalisation cocktail of the FORMA MX range, formulated for hydration and radiance. It carries the longest declared composition of the three original MX cocktails, organised around sodium hyaluronate, a group of recombinant human proteins, a complete amino acid complex, glutathione and Crocus sativus callus extracellular vesicles. FORMA MX is supplied as a Professional Multi-vial Treatment: three 10 ml sterile vials in a drawer-style box, for superficial mesotherapy performed by qualified medical practitioners. Made in Italy by Forma S.R.L.S. under ISO 13485 and ISO 22716.

What sh-oligopeptides and sh-polypeptides are. MX-Glow declares sh-oligopeptide-1 and -2 and sh-polypeptide-1, -9 and -11. The sh- prefix denotes synthetic human — recombinant proteins produced by biotechnology with a sequence corresponding to a human protein. They are manufactured, not harvested from human tissue. They appear in MX-Glow and MX-Hair within the FORMA MX range.

The amino acid complex. Beyond the peptides, MX-Glow declares a full set of free amino acids — glycine, serine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, leucine, alanine, lysine, arginine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, proline, threonine, valine, isoleucine and histidine — together with acetyl glutamine, acetyl cysteine, methionine and glutamine. Thiamine and pyridoxine appear as B vitamins, with a Bacillus/folic acid ferment filtrate extract, and potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium chlorides as electrolytes. Callus extracellular vesicles are plant-derived carriers obtained from cultured plant callus tissue; in the FORMA MX range they appear as Crocus sativus (saffron) or Olea europaea (olive) callus extracellular vesicles.

How it is used. MX-Glow is intended for superficial mesotherapy, administered by a qualified practitioner who determines technique, depth, session count and interval for the individual patient.

Questions we are asked

What are sh-oligopeptides and sh-polypeptides?
Synthetic human peptides — recombinant proteins produced by biotechnology whose sequence corresponds to a human protein. They are manufactured, not derived from human tissue.
Which amino acids does MX-Glow contain?
A complete complex: glycine, serine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, leucine, alanine, lysine, arginine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, proline, threonine, valine, isoleucine and histidine, with acetyl glutamine, acetyl cysteine, methionine and glutamine.
Does MX-Glow contain hyaluronic acid?
Yes. Sodium hyaluronate is the second ingredient of the declared composition, after water.
How is FORMA MX-Glow supplied?
As three 10 ml sterile vials in a drawer-style box — a Professional Multi-vial Treatment.
Who may administer FORMA MX?
Qualified medical practitioners only, by superficial mesotherapy.
